This song is a fictional story, written from the perspective of an astronaut, which take place in the future. It's open for interpretation, but I think it's pretty self explanatory beyond that. Here are the lyrics: You're so lucky to be living on Earth because it's the best planet, and the people on Mars are so envious, they wish that they could have it back. And now we're at war with the fourth world. And now we're at war with the fourth world. When you're running out of oxygen it's kind of scary, and the terra-formation was, oh, so temporary. And I swear not to play god again and mess things up with human hands and a human head. I swear not to play God again and mess things up with human hands and a human head. 'Cause if there is a God, a tetragrammaton, than I am no creator; I am no savior. And I swear not to play god again and mess things up with human hands and a human head. I swear not to play God again and mess things up with human hands and a human head. Perhaps I am only a man. Perhaps I am only a man. And I'm so lucky to be living on Earth because it's the best planet; and the people on Mars are so envious; they wish that they could have it back
